Went out last Sunday and casted a shit ton at my local lake for musky. Did some trolling and vertical jigging as well. We kept snagging small shad (3"). Almost all the baits we were throwing or trolling were 6"+. As we were headed to the ramp, my buddy and I talked to guy who lost a musky earlier on a bass size Alabama Rig.
I have assembled 2 of these. I replaced the cheap stock snaps with split rings. I put 3" berkly swimbaits and a 4" storm swimshad in the center. My buddy rigged up another two. We plan on getting a couple planner boards and trolling all four rigs Next weekend.
