Those are jig heads meant for tubes, lil soft plastic lures that go over the lead weight like a dress on a nice lady.
However, you can still hook anything you want on there, like a worm or a piece of corn or whatever and it'll do you good too. Even other lures if they fit nicely.
Try them with a bobber/float.
