You'd need to clean it properly, trim the bloated skin, and clean it again after before sealing it in blisters bandaid.
Use the breathable ones.
It'll hurt like a bitch but treated properly it'll seal itself after few days. If you don't, it won't heal.
I use this one, just search your asian market or so (I'm here in australia) and it works on most cuts and bruises, fast.
