For the bucket we double line plastic bags and sit on the bucket.
We have a smaller 3 gallon bucket that fits into the 5 Gallon bucket that we can piss in if we have to stay concealed, again it's pretty rare. It works well, and it works out hygienically (we are super anal about keeping it clean).
