Can anyone who knows pests confirm that this damage is thrip related? I can't find mention of these bumps anywhere. I see the other telltale signs of thrip damage (discolouration and spotting, wilting leaves, bud drop... etc.) but these bumps on the stem are not something I've read of. If there is another pest causing them I would like to identify it in case my neem oil treatment is not appropriate for them.
