>>2140840Not really, most of the march was up and around a hill, its peak was a 100 meters higher than the many lakes around it. We did about half of the distance on paths and roads, and the other half was in straight up forest, where we weren't allowed to be spotted, but it was mostly well kept pine forest, it didn't slow us down by much.
We averaged about 5km/h on the roads, and we only took 5 min breaks every hour, plus 2 20min breaks to eat.
Also we had to run like maybe 3 kilometers whenever we were spotted or the MPs got on our trail, but we were lucky and only did that twice.
Furthermore we had little tasks that were graded along the journey, like fire making, swimming with your gear, evacuation, setting up an ambush, a reconnaissance mission, and a quiz where we had to identify russian tanks, planes, artillery pieces and such.
