it's my first time growing so no previous experience growing indoors.
not sure i got a favourite yet. was a bit disappointed with the flavour of the suave orange, and the other mild pepper is a biquinho which im hopeful about as i think i tried a pickled one on a sandwhich once and it was good, but i think it's way too cold for it here as i only got one mature and barely any pods at all, and the plant is tiny still.
already know i like jalapeno so gonna keep those aswell, but no mature pods on the two plants yet.
chayenne, apache, chenzo, lemondrop and cayenne are all too hot for me so not sure if i'll keep those. maybe keep two so i can make hot sauce next year.
and i'm gonna get cherry-pepper next season as the pickled kind they have in the salad bars here is really good.
