So I ended up taking the boardwalk through Tea Creek backcountry. You could definitely do a much longer loop, anything from a day hike to a weekend if you wanted from the trailhead I parked at. It is across from the Little Laurel overlook on the Highland Scenic Highway, meaning you cross the highway in your car, and park a little bit down the road where there's a yellow blaze for the Tea Creek Mountain trail, and then you walk into the meadow on your right. Takes you to the boardwalk, and the intersection of the right fork tea creek connector trail and the gauley mountain trail.
This is the fen where right fork tea creek has its source.
