The weather is still cold. I just got up a 3rd long polytunnel to start warming the soil for the tomatoes and extra potatoes that will be in it. The tunnels are doing well, but I'm getting tired of putting on and taking off extra layers of plastic over the tunnel with the flats of starts (top right pic). The Kennebec potato eyes that were planted back in on the 3rd of this month (
https://archive.nyafuu.org/out/thread/1722183/#1723660 ) have started popping up through the soil in the tunnel. It took them about 2 weeks, but they made it! The pic of potato leaves are the volunteer potatoes in the same tunnel (top middle pic).
I can't keep up with the greens and they have recovered from the hail damage (middle left pic). The new carrots and bok choi are flourishing (middle pic). The 2 yakon plants are now in their final spots(middle right pic). They were starting to get root bound and suffering. The ramps, from seed I planted, popped up and are doing well in the woods (bottom left pic). I've started harvesting some of the Hosta montana ("urui") for dinner. Their shoots are just popping up on the shady side of the farm (bottom right pic). The transplanted sugar beets are doing well (not pictured) and I have 80 planted.
>>1738277Thanks for helping with that. lol Most of it is from newbie questions and tl;dr length replies that reply to multiple posts in a single post. We need more OC and updates.
