Is no one seriously going to tell OP about the aeropress or Vietnamese dripper? I bring a Vietnamese drip and preground coffee (I grind my own) on trips. If it's good enough for the Vietcong hauling ass through the jungle, it's good enough for you! It's very small and no paper or glass and can be dropped! They normally make around 4 oz but they have different sizes you can buy. They're also around $13!
