Everyone told me to start with a low poundage recurve and work my way up. I told them lolno and just bought a 55# Martin Saber. Within a week I was hitting a 5 inch spread at 20 yards and within a month I was hitting a 3 inch spread at 30.
I was also recommended the Samick Sage, but I just wasn't hipster enough for it. I wanted a modern recurve with modern parts for modern hunting and shooting so I got the Martin Saber.
I have string silencers, a whisker biscuit, and a stabilizer 3" nub on it.
So the question is how to get started on archery?
>Get money
>Get a bow
>Get some arrows
>Shoot at shit
