In Africa, floods and forest fires are your main problems, both can be avoided by careful placement of your home. There's been a couple powerful earthquakes in Morroco, and one in the east, and there can be some small scale tornados and hurricanes, but only near the coast.
In the Middle East, shit is pretty calm too. Northeastern Iran is pretty cool, you're high in the mountains, and have no problem with hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, volcanos, floods, blizzards nor forest fires. Maybe a small sand storm once in a while, just wear a scarf and stay inside for a couple hours, but it won't even ruin crops nor hurt cattle, it's just a minor hassle.
People in these areas don't keep "bug out bags" to escape in case of a natural disaster because there's no need to. This is why most of the world laughs when they see Americans preparing for such things. North America is a terrible place, regularily plagued by countless disasters, but that's not how the entire world is.
