I'm graduating in a few weeks with a chemistry degree (fair amount of bio coursework though), but have worked in an ecology lab and have an internship where I do field transects, restoration, and tree monitoring. I've been applying to a lot of bio field technician jobs over the last few months since I already identify plants all day for my internship, but I haven't heard anything back from most of them.
