Basically fishing a wooly bugger but with the advantage of jig action it seems to me.
It seems like all you need is a feather to make one; perhaps I could attach some from geese feathers that I come across?
I'd need to attach it to the jig somehow.
As well maybe you could put a feather at the end of a plastic worm?
