To cook I:
lemon wedges
bacon
sal de mer sea salt
fresh cracked peppercorn
tin/aluminium foil
>rub the salt and pepper into the body cavity, lay in bacon slices against ribs, place 2 or 3 lemon wedges inside between bacon strips. Wrap tightly in foil, throw in oven or on grill until bacon is done.
