That's why they're so popular with hunters in particular. You can pull back 100 pounds and just sit there for minutes at a time without getting strained
The long stabilizers are more of a target shooting thing. They put weight in front or to the side of a bow to make it sit level at whatever distance you're shooting at so you're not gripping hard to aim. The short rubber dildo shit just stops your bow sounding like a guitar
