Here is a zoomed in pic of my G-Shock. All those little dots on the face where after doing a couple hours of grinding, holding items with left hand while grinding with the right. Sparks shooting all over my arm and hand.
I'm sure if the cheap G-Shocks, like this tide watch, had either of the glasses, there would not be these blemishes, but these feel rough if you run your finger nail over them. I'm pretty sure it's just a plastic face, and that's why it's all pitted now.
