Finally after years of hurting my fingers and struggling at various tasks while trying to use the various "tools" included with my knives, I said fuck it. Nowadays if I need a saw I use an actual saw, a screwdriver? I use an actual fucking full size screwdriver. I keep tool kits in my house, car and garage and bring one with me camping.
The only knife I carry no is a classic Buck 110. All I need and want out of a knife is a good solid lockblade with a sharp edge. No gimmicky bullshit. The only thing I don't like about the 110 is the lack of clip and thumbstud. But I have seen some people attach clips and thumbstuds to their 110's. That is something I have been meaning to try.
