Probably these:
>>296130>>296143>>296149There's also the time I tried to go for an ~18 mile run up my local mountain on a hot summer day. I ran out of food and water, and about nine miles in (and about two miles from any road) my quads started cramping so badly I couldn't walk farther than fifty yards without flopping into the dirt to rest. I'd wait for a little bit to let my quads stop seizing up and they just wouldn't stop, even when I was lying on the trail, so I would push myself to my feet and hobble on. I ended up getting to the road and getting a lift to the water source at the summit with some nice people who gave me potato chips for dem electrolytes, but at the time I was thinking "you know, this right here could be how I die."
