A horse stable with 3 standing stalls and 2 box stalls. as you can see from the pic it is essentially a frontage acre of 2-3 acres that can be used for haying and then the rest grazing for donkeys/horses/goats whatever.
Learning how to properly garden and care for chickens is my goal for the first year or two before i move onto anything else. I work from home as a vulnerability analyst (its rural but has fiber, don't ask), so I have freetime and availability to do things around the future place.
