these meals are not very desirable if you're a chef. but it's probably the cheapest/longest lasting food storage solution you could possibly purchase. i only bought it case of nuclear fallout =].
i also saw a gentleman who had this bucket hanging from his bike on a recent trip from big sur, CA to lancaster, CA.. maybe he has some more advice to chip in on WISE food products (my favorite was the southwest beans and rice)
