I don't want to create my own thread to ask, but can someone recommend me a few eternal frames for standard-sized backpacks? I'm recovered enough from almost being disabled permanently just from slowly working my legs, hips, etc. and can finally get around to where I am safe on my legs, spine re-aligned and I want to get back outdoors again. After 14 years I have wittled down to nothing but am trying to regain what I can, especially of a life, so I am looking for external frames that are on the small side for standard packs, as I gotta start small and work back up to camp bags.
