I'm planning on going out on a overnighter tomorrow. No fires allowed so I'm limited to a Mini Trangia, but that's ok. So far this is what I have planned for for food:
>lunch day 1
Quesedillas with cheese, ham, tomatos and sriracha sauce. Pre-made at home. Tortillas are cut to fit my frying pan and wrapped in tinfoil.
>dinner day 1
1 small bag of dry mashed potatos
200g sausages
100 g bacon
Red and green bell pepper
Garlic and rosemary
Salt and pepper
I'll probably cut the sasages in small pieces, mix them with the bacon and lots of rosemary into the mashed potatos.
>breakfast day 2
Coffee and snacks.
>lunch and/or dinner day 2
Freezedried pasta bolognese. 500g
100g of bread
>snacks
300g chocolate
Peanuts
Wasabi peas
>drinks
Instant espresso powder + brown sugar.
Some tea bags in case I run out of coffee.
Concentrated orange lemonade with shitloads of sugar in a collapsable waterbottle. Mix 1 part lemonade with 5 parts water.
Thats enough for me If I stay the night and return before it gets dark the next day. But I can stay a second night if I get the urge, so I might bring some noodles and extra sausages. And more snacks.
