People are lounging backwards and shit falls out of their pockets. They're looking up at the sky, not down under the water. They're tired and drained from the sun and trying to keep track of their kids running around all over the place. They lose shit without realizing it.
This was in the 90's when I was a kid, there were days when I made over $200 in cash, and there's always some gold and silver jewelry, if you find a watch or a diamond ear ring, you just made bank. I'm not sure if credit cards, digital payments and 'resort bucks'/wristband/app packages mean people carry less cash but there should at least be something of value in most water park lazy rivers.
