>>571928agree. ive used the same nalgene flexible 48 oz for almost everything outdoors for the last year and a half. the its lightweight, durable, and holds a lot when you are not sure when you will be near a water source next. Also, the standard nalgene mouth screws onto my katadyn water filter. if i need to boil anything, use the damned cookset. easy to clean too.
also, if anyone hasnt posted about this, nalgene was (and is) a company that produces lab equipment. the plastics are meant to handle just about any chemical and a wide range of temperatures, even boiling (not direct flame, of course.)
