So I bought this little gem off eBay and I love the fucking thing. As i admire the simplicity of it and because it recommended to me from here I ask: What changes have you made to your packs? Doesn't even have been the LK35, I'm looking for ideas for changes in general. Show them here.

Military issued LK35 rucksack. It's simple and gets the job done. I have decked it out with several clips and hooks and added custom webbing to attach other packs to it. The frame is solid and great. But the shoulder pads are just crap. I will be looking forward on replacing them.
