Ive never had a dangerous situation with feral hogs. I have, however, been woken up by their rooting and squealing to all fuck in the middle of the night more than i can count. Even had one bump my ass in my hammock. A quick "Fuck Off Pig" makes them run.
You will be fine, but IF you get out to pee and IF its mating season and IF that one retarded pig with no survival instinct does want to charge at you, just step behind a tree / branch / something and it will stop charging and probably leave shortly after.
Worry more about the FUCKING RACOONS trying to steal your foodbag.
