elevate and light pressure. personally my "medkit" is a combined medical, sewing, and toiletries kit because it's all the same to me. one thing I can grab with all the essentials for teeth, eyes, cuts/scrapes/bruises, sun, rashes, excess shitting, pain, and some multi-functionals like baby powder and baking soda. suitable for any kind of camping or normal travel.

I'm also considering a small vial of turmeric essential oil or filling gelcaps with starch and common lab antibios like ampicillin and doxycycline. usually dosage is ~ 25 ug/mL so a couple mg of antibio powder would make several 10-day supplies.
