I meant wellingtons to put on when going into wet places like sewers and basements, I would use old hiking boots for dry ground

I can't afford one this week, so getting near asbestos is out of the question yet, but the place is huge (5 story building with yard inside, some other small buildings and basements in the area, stream sewer and basements) so I'll be coming back for sure
