OP again. I'll surely be checking out clubs in my area to see if they might work for me. I also have a few friends at work who are into this sort of thing that I am trying to seek guidance from. Hell, even my boss offered to take me hunting so I really should cash in on that offer. I have a 40lb takedown recurve bow, a glock 19, and a maverick 88. I don't know if I'll ever get around to hunting with the glock just because that feels autistic but I would really like to take the bow and shotgun out sometime.

That can make things a little complicated though because I only halfway research something before I start but if I'm gonna get my hands on something it'd be a good idea to have a even a vague idea of what I should be doing lol. I can't remember if I mentioned it but I have my first born coming this September so I'd really like to catch some good fish before that and then maybe find a little time to get some more fish and maybe some game this fall/winter. Definitely want to prioritize spending a ton of time with him though. At the same time, Dad's gotta go get food for the family you know. Image is my favorite forest.
