2mm relief step drill bits for the 5/16 Corby bolt holes; are a real thing.
Dremels, files, and sandpaper to shape the G10 handle scale blocks, liners, and corby bolt heads; are a real thing.
Epoxy to glue the scales to the liners, the liners to the tang, and the Corby bolts to both; are a real thing.
And a buffing wheel to finish it off; Is a real thing.
