Been smoking for about three months.
Missouri Meerschaum is my favorite (pride and legend are all I use).
I'd found that I have no idea how to clean them and so they only last about a month [individually] before they're too caked to smoke.
I have four pipes coming in the mail and know I'll destroy all of them by April or May.
Love 'em and won't apologize for being a newb.
Even still, I would like to get a high quality pipe that I know how to clean for life.
Until then I'll have to burn through pipes as I learn.
My little corn cobs will be my testing ground.
Anyone know a good direction to look for tips on cleaning?
Tobacco of choice: MacBaren Pure Virginia H.H. never gives me tongue bite
Every other tobacco I've tried [loose and flake] has burned.
I'd also take tips on good tobacco if anyone has anything to offer.
