>>1824219Yeah, there’s a good chance you’ll eventually just completely go over to fly fishing at some point once you start. For me it's something about the way the rod feels when I’m fighting the fish and the fact that I can tie a fly to catch pretty much any species we have around here. I started fishing for small native trout in small alpine streams but now I fish big rivers or target bass, carp, or even catfish on the fly just because it’s so addicting. Pic related was pretty thrilling to bring in on my 4wt rod.
