Yellowstone has a lot of easy-to-see wildlife, beautiful geyser basins, canyons, lakes and pretty, old, rustic buildings. There are also a couple basins that you can't get to unless you're willing to hike to.
I admit: my fondness for it might be closely connected to things that someone between the ages of five and fourteen found accessible. But it'll still be the only one that offers you a landscape that you simply can't see anywhere else.
The only three parks out of a butt-load of them that I've been to, that have ever really impressed me, were Zion, Yellowstone, and Craters of the Moon. And Yellowstone really is the only one of them that is worth a trip to that lasts longer than two nights.
