Also we allow people to join if they don't have money with some sort of installment/labor.
And clearly we'll want some sort of system to handle this. Either using a third party(lawyer) to handle the money and titles and such. Or write up some sort of contract with instructions on how property will actually be split. Either a corporation formed by us owns it and we just have share split up between us. Or we just parcel out the land and handle a slightly less communal and more spread out set of homestead. This is really the biggest issue to solve as no one will want to put money into something with no way of know if they will actually be getting anything for it and it's not just a scam.
