the brown packets are humidity control bags that allegedly hold humidity at 75%. not sure how else to accomplish this without breaking the bank. all of this together cost less than $50, and those home scale fermenters are like $300 minimum.
can't wait to crack it open and be staring at literally pounds upon pounds of pure mold.
