What's a good beginner telescope under $300 that will teach me what I like and don't like in a telescope?
I've read great things about picrel($170) but I have extra cash to spend if there's something that would be a better deal.
I have a 4x rangefinder that I currently use to stargaze, so I think it's time to get a proper setup so I'm not sitting there shaking and trying to locate planets and stars.
