I'll give them a few more months before I totally give up on them. It's still real warm here. But the occaisional bass still hits a Mepps or Rapala. I had high hopes for the chatterbaits too but a single snek is the only thing that has even gone for it.
I'm guessing the water is still too warm and the bass don't want to hit big shit like that. I was suprised I got that guy on the X-Rap last weekend.
