This is the Honda Civic of rear lights- tons of people have them and they work well and are cheap.
IMO rear/tail light is the most important safety gear, above helmets for any situation involving cars. If you're riding safely and slowly, the need for a helmet diminishes. Ride and prepare as if you are invisible to cars.
