Ripe when orange, however you should really give it a day or two after they turn orange as I find they tend to still have green spots around the stem, which often means 70% green fruit inside. Let it get green, yellow, orange, and then deepen that orange just a little. Seems Bonnie (brand) sells Sunsugar cherry tomatoes, which means my original plant was probably cloned/was probably a cutting from a Bonnie plant. All I know is it came from a farmer's market stand, and I don't even remember which one. It was probably $1/4 plants.
I should also mention that these are all photos quickly pulled off google rather than from my own garden.
