Stay on the trail, respect the land, clean up after yourself and don't be a dumbass. If your idea of a good time involves doing donuts in the parking lot with a beer cooler on the back or "mudding"... congratulations, you're a quadtard and everyone hates you.
An engine can get you further out, faster... and it's a hell of a lot more fun than hiking.
That said, lose the training wheels.
UT's got some neat areas to ride, rode dirt out that way a few years ago. Couple places I want to hit in the winter on the sled.
