I doubt anyone from /out/ has purchased this thing, and I hope they haven't. Any plastic/fiberglass and especially hollowed axe handle will break sooner or later, and this particular one has a head that would have to be completely replaced or repurchased from the manufacturer since it has no eye where you can implement your own handle.
Invest in a classic hickory handled high quality hatchet and spend the rest of your life with it and pass it on to your children.
