Both are light, flexible, and tight fitting. You will lose zero dexterity wearing these. The Sitka's are a little warmer and can be taken on and off easier but have less non-slip on the palms.
They both come in a variety of colors and retail for around $30. These can also be paired with another glove for more warmth. I've paired these with Original Mechanix in sub-freezing temps.
