You don't need titanium.
If you are going car camping, a 12" cast iron pan like your picture will do everything for 2 people. Combine with a kettle/smaller pot for boiling water. Done.
Else.
Make sure there's no plastic parts(handles, lids, etc).
Make sure the lids of your pots also serve as pans.
Be okay with scorching your expensive shinies over an open fire.
If you buy a gas stove, make sure you get one that doesn't screw directly into the top of the canister. Rather the burner/element is self standing and has a hose that goes to the canister.
Dehydrated food is simple to make. Rehydrating food is as easy as making Instant Ramen or Kraft Dinner/Macaroni. Though some ingredients(Beans, meat) take longer to rehydrate.
