Keep in mind there are tons of people in the PNW that legit hike all the time. They are just outnumbered by larpers.
I suspect that the averages are about the same as I too spend time in the south and in the PNW even though I dont come from either place.

The people in the south are not "more legit" anon, its all the same.
The only thing you can do in a truck with low profile rims is larp.
