Wander through the alps maybe, itll be an insane time buddy. Wherever you are, you can take public transit to skip the obnoxious parts, which you should do. And buy a compass and maps for the most interessting areas. Makes a big difference as you learn to navigate using your own perception. You will get lost a few times but that can be exciting. Stick to the trails, I know its tempting but youll just get sore.
I dont know what else to tell you, but avoid munich. If you want to see anything in germany , take the train up to "harzgebirge" and/or skip around the harz
