>>2634834Yes, those cups are ready for transfers. You only want a small triangle at the leading edge of the culture. Take 2-3 samples from each cup. you want fast even growth. Right now, it's going to be pretty hard to tell, so just look for the larger, more well organized spots. I added black triangles to one of your cups to show both where and what size samples you want.
