Those of us who hunt with guns are the actual thinking men in the hunting community. First of all, we aren't selfish manchildren who need to LARP while we hunt. We are pragmatic and use the weapons that ensure the animal has a quick death. Guns have also been around for so long that it's now a traditional thing. In addition to that the gun hunters skills are appreciated in war times, you can contribute and learn relevant fighing skills for the time you live in.
