I use a Montane Spine pull on. Goretex active is the shit and the weight (262g) means I'm happy for it to live in my pack for for most of the time as it really only comes on when it's torrential.
The colour isn't choice but I got it on heavy discount (£120 instead of £250), and it's a bit trim to fit bulky layers underneath, but it fits over a mid so its ideal for rain protection on the go. I do miss having somewhere to put my hands tho!
