Sometimes the employees know what they’re talking about and sometimes they’re just pretentious dickheads who are faking it. However they have a great selection and an excellent return policy. Check out some YouTube vids on how a pack should fit, how to put it on, and where it should ride on your body. Then try it out in the store with some weight in it (they have weighted bags).
